Basically, Călin and Camelia Adam lease olive groves in Greece, hire a processor, bring in a specialist to supervise production or do it themselves, choose the packaging, order the labels, and take care of marketing and sales. The resulting extra virgin olive oil has won several international medals at competitions, becoming the most awarded Romanian olive oil brand.
