Production Method
Our olive oils begin with carefully selected, hand-harvested green olives—picked at peak ripeness and pressed within hours to preserve freshness and nutritional value.
We collaborate with top-tier Greek mills that merge modern innovation with ancient wisdom, utilizing cold extraction techniques under 27°C, without added water or cooling agents. This gentle process maintains the olive’s natural integrity, resulting in oils rich in polyphenols, bursting with color, aroma, and flavor—unfiltered, unspoiled, and uncompromised.
